TAX BREAK FOR FIRST-TIME BUYERSIn July a bill was passed to give relief to the housing industry. One of the bill's components is to give a $7,500 tax credit to first-time home buyers. If a homebuyer owes the IRS $10,000, the amount owed will only be $2,500.00. However, the credit will need to be paid back at of rate of $500.00 each year, similar to a 15 year, interest free loan.
